Shipping policy

Processing time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods processing can take slightly longer, and we will keep you informed.

Delivery times
EU countries, standard: 5 to 10 business days.
United States, standard: 2 to 4 business days.
Other destinations: shown at checkout with your rate.

Shipping rates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight of your order. The exact cost is always shown before you pay.

Free shipping
Free standard shipping is applied automatically at checkout, with no code needed, once your order reaches the amount needed, based on your region.

Order tracking
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can follow the delivery.

Customs and duties
For orders within the EU, no additional customs duties apply. Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import taxes or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, email contact@orquisbeauty.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will put it right. Your rights on damaged and faulty goods are set out on our Returns & Refunds page.
